This Privacy Policy describes how Pursovere Tech ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the use of Your Personal Remind Assistant (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
By downloading, installing, or using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you must not use the App.
We do not collect, transmit, store, process, or share any personal information or data from users of this App. All information you enter into the App is stored exclusively on your device using your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to us or any third party.
This App does not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifier in order to use the App or any of its features.
This App does not include any analytics, tracking, or monitoring tools of any kind. We do not use third-party analytics platforms, crash reporting services that transmit data externally, advertising networks, attribution tools, session recording tools, or any SDK that collects behavioral, usage, or device data.
This App does not display advertisements. We do not work with any advertising networks and do not share data with any advertising partners.
All reminder data, settings, and preferences you create within the App are stored locally on your device. This data is accessible only to you, is not backed up to our servers, and is deleted when you uninstall the App. We have no ability to access, view, retrieve, or recover your local app data at any time.
The App provides optional features that allow you to manually export and import your reminders. When you use the export feature, a file is created on your device at your explicit request. Sharing that file is entirely your decision and is performed through your device's built-in sharing tools. We do not receive, store, or access any exported files. You are solely responsible for how you handle any exported files.
The App uses local device notifications to alert you of your scheduled reminders. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on your device by the operating system. No notification content is transmitted to our servers or any external service.
The App does not integrate with or call upon any third-party services, APIs, or servers. The App operates fully offline and does not require an internet connection to function. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party platform, operating system, app store, or cloud service.
This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we collect no personal information from any user, no special handling for children's data is applicable.
Apple iOS: Any data retained through iCloud Backup is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/legal/privacy. We have no control over or access to iCloud backups.
Google Android: Any data retained through Google Backup is subject to Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We have no control over or access to Google backups.
Because all data is stored locally on your device and no data is transmitted to external servers, the security of your data depends on the security of your device. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your device or to data stored on your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed reminders, scheduling errors, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. We are not responsible for any actions or omissions taken or not taken in reliance on reminders, alerts, or notifications generated by the App. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information entered into or generated by the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
